What a Beautiful Cozy community! I have had the pleasure of assisting this property and I've been greeted by everyone, staff and residents. You do feel like your everyone's friend here on friendship lane. They have some great new amenities in the works, upgraded pool, pickleball court and a pet park! 🤗 If you have yet taken a tour, Come In! The office is open Monday through Friday 9 am to 5 pm.

We recently built this super cool play system for Ten19. We were extremely impressed with how awesome they were to work with (Sonya specifically). They wanted to go BIG for the kids and they did! They now have one of the nicest and biggest swing-sets that we have built for an Apartment complex!

It is impressive to see all of the upgrades and fun stuff like pools pickle ball that by Ten19 is offering to create a great place to live at a fair price. Definitely going to consider before my lease expires!

We moved here in 2021 and have enjoyed it so far! The women in the office are always so kind and any concern we’ve had has always been taken care of in a timely manner. The maintenance crew are constantly hard at work, and we can tell they truly care about the property and the tenants. The pool is well maintained, the playground was a perfect addition, and the bbq pit/gazebo area is great for summer days!

I believe I found my new apartment complex for my move to Fredricksberg! The staff was amazing, you can tell the new management cares about the complex, so many improvements,especially the pool!
